Hours needed: Thursday-Monday (7am-1pm & 4pm-8:30pm)
Skills: This person needs to have the natural ability to LOVE all
service skills, and works well with others.
Office/Operation's Manager AM/PM:
Hours needed: Thursday-Monday (7am-1pm and 3pm-8:30pm )
Additional shifts Tuesday and Wednesday if needed
Skills: This persons role is to maintain order in the office on a
daily basis. General customer service, client check in/outs,
returning phone calls and emails. Printing brochures when
needed, communicating with vets, managing our partner
relationships, communication scheduling issues with
supervisors. Cleaning office and greeting area daily. Over seeing
kennel operations: Heat/air is on correct setting, exhaust fan is
on in the summer, furnace filters are changed, knowledge of
kennel equipment.
